At Notes Coffee Bar, we do our best to get your coffee to you quickly and in great shape—because fresh beans wait for no one. Here’s how we handle shipping across the contiguous U.S.:
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. That said, we don’t ship or deliver on holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment might take an extra day or two—nothing too wild, but worth the heads-up. If any major delays come up, we’ll reach out via email or phone to keep you in the loop.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Most standard deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after they leave our hands, but occasional delays can happen—we appreciate your patience if they do.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. That tracking number will go live within 24–48 hours so you can follow your beans all the way home.
Standard & Expedited Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders (usually 3–5 business days). Need it faster? Expedited options are available at an extra cost—just select your preferred method at checkout.
