At Notes Coffee Bar, we believe great coffee should come with peace of mind. We’re all about making your experience smooth—from the first sip to the final step of your order. If something’s off, we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Easy Returns, No Worries
Trying something new doesn’t always work out, and that’s okay. If your coffee didn’t land the way you hoped, just reach out. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund—no hoops, no hassle. You deserve to love what you brew.
Refunds
We don’t typically issue refunds, but if something went sideways—like receiving the wrong beans or a damaged item—let us know. We’ll review the issue and, if needed, process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Our goal is to leave you with a better taste in your mouth—literally.
Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? No problem—just reach out before we ship it. If it hasn’t left our hands yet, we’ll cancel and refund your payment in full. Once it’s on its way, though, we’re no longer able to cancel—but our returns process still has your back.
Exchanges
If your item shows up damaged or not quite right, we’ll get it sorted. Send us a quick email with a photo of the issue, and we’ll walk you through an easy exchange process. Same product, fresh start.
